Getting Here

We are in Malham Road Industrial Estate just off the South Circular, SE23 1AG.

We are a 10 minute walk from Forest Hill Station, 15 minutes walk from Honor Oak Park station. The 122 and 185 buses stop at Forest Hill Fire Station a 2 minute walk away

We have 5 parking spaces available on site plus Malham Road has no parking restrictions and there are always parking spaces available.

There are railings to chain your bike up at the entrance to the gym.

Membership

Our memberships are monthly rolling contracts with a 30 day cancellation notice period. 

To keep things simple you will have an active membership or not. We don’t offer pauses but if you wish to return just let us know and providing we have availability we can sign you straight back up.

Trial

Our 14 day trial is for everybody. Whether you have done CrossFit before or not. It serves as the best introduction to CrossFit as you have unlimited access and to sample whether the timetable etc works for you.

During the trial, most people tend to get around 5-7 classes in, averaging 3 classes per week. This gives you chance to get a feel for the variety of classes we offer plus rest days between sessions.

You have unlimited class access to CrossFit, Super Saturday and Engine Room. Aim to get to as many of these as possible.

These sessions are our bread and butter offering a mixture of strength training, gymnastic work, skill development and conditioning. Super Saturday is always in a partner or team format with a party vibe!

CROSSFIT & CLASSES

Every class is 60 minutes long. Our Open Gym sessions are a window in which you can attend for as long as you like.

Every class is led by an experienced coach and will take you through an explanation of the session, a warm-up, strength or skill development, specific prep plus a workout. Finishing with high fives and fist bumps together.

CrossFit is designed, programmed and coached to give you all the tools to become stronger, fitter, healthier and improve your performance in all aspects of life and sport. Compound strength work is a staple of CrossFit and we offer speciality classes and Open Gym sessions to focus on specific elements.
