WE ARE MOVING!

Since opening, we’ve been blown away by how quickly our community has grown. What started as a single 2,000sqft space has turned into a thriving home for 150+ members (with an ever-expanding waiting list). That growth has pushed us to find a bigger, better home for our community, and the best part is, we didn’t have to look far. We’re moving next door into a brand new 5,500sqft facility at 74 Malham Road, SE23.

Why we’re moving

Simply put: you.
Our community has outgrown our current four walls, and we want to give you more; more class capacity, more open gym time, more speciality classes, luxury showers and changing rooms, a chillout space, and room for bigger events and socials. This move means we can keep raising the bar while staying true to what makes CF23 special: expert coaching, a supportive community, and a place where everyone can progress.

What’s next

• Presale launches October 2025 – guarantee your space before we open.

• Opening January 2026 – just in time to kick off the new year.

• Membership prices – these will be reviewed with the move; full details coming soon.

• New timetable – with more classes, new speciality sessions, and greater flexibility to train.

• Dedicated Open Gym Space – access to train with more flexibility, not just within classes, 7 days a week.
